About The Position

As a Production Associate, you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that quality products are available to our customers when they need them. Your work will directly affect people's lives! This role focuses on setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing production equipment, including machining, processing, assembly, or packaging. You will be responsible for safely and effectively operating equipment, performing regular maintenance, and assisting junior operators. The position also involves operating industrial vehicles to transfer equipment and adhering to safety procedures.

Requirements

Ability to lift to 50 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the day.
Mechanical inclination, ability to use hand tools.
Must be a U.S. Citizen, Green Card holder, or political asylee or refugee.
Must provide one of the following forms of identification: Passport, Birth Certificate, Certificate of Naturalization (USCIS Form N-550 or N-570), or Permanent Resident Card (USCIS Form I-551).

Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

Set up the production equipment and supplies before executing the job orders and operate equipment safely and effectively for production processing.
Ensure that equipment is maintained in good and safe working conditions.
Inspect equipment to identify any replacements, malfunctions, and repairs.
Perform regular equipment maintenance to ensure production capacity and quality.
Help junior operators in their assigned responsibilities.
Repair and clean the equipment when needed.
Evaluate equipment performance and recommend improvements.
Operate trucks and other industrial vehicles to transfer the production equipment between warehouse and working area.
Follow safety procedures and company policies for equipment operation.
