New Hire- Production Associate
About The Position
This role is for a Production Associate at International Paper's Fort Smith Box facility. The position is a full-time hourly role with a pay rate of $19.00/hr. up to $21/hr. The shifts available are 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am, Monday through Friday. The associate will be responsible for various production tasks, including counting and stacking finished product, reading factory orders, operating and reading gauges and test equipment, using basic shop math, completing quality and administrative documents, and following directions. Additionally, the role involves cleaning functions such as blowing down machines, wiping shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, and handling scrap.
