About The Position

The successful candidate could work as a machine / press operator, or forklift driver, printing or shipping department. This is a full-time position with 12-hour rotating shifts, working every 13 weeks. Shifts are from 6 AM to 6 PM and 6 PM to 6 AM, covering both Sunday to Wednesday and Wednesday to Saturday schedules. The role involves performing basic quality checks, learning about computerized manufacturing, and working safely around automated equipment. Maintaining equipment through scheduled preventative maintenance and following Standard Operating Procedures are key responsibilities. The position requires working in a team environment and assisting with lifting objects over 50 pounds, with team lifts mandated for anything exceeding this weight.

Requirements

Exceptional focus on safety and quality as well as, participation in required training.
Ability to work under pressure.
Attention to detail including specifications, data tracking and machine profile requirements
Shift work and overtime required.
Strong mathematical, mechanical, perceptual and visualization skills
Must have computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)

Nice To Haves

Experience in manufacturing Printing is desirable but not required.
Experience in graphic arts, printing field is a plus.
