About The Position

Microtech Knives, Inc. is seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Production Associates. This role is designed to support production flow by assisting with repetitive, high-volume, and task-based operations that help streamline assembly and manufacturing processes. Production Associates are flexible team members who provide hands-on support across departments as needed, allowing skilled assemblers and operators to remain focused on core build tasks while maintaining Microtech’s uncompromising quality standards.

Manual dexterity and basic hand-eye coordination

Willingness to move between departments and tasks as needed

Nice To Haves

Prior manufacturing, assembly, or production support experience
Experience working in a fast-paced or task-driven environment

Responsibilities

Perform task-based production support operations, including but not limited to: Wrapping finished knives, Pressing pocket clips, Installing inlays and glass breakers, Staging and organizing parts and components
Support Assembly and other departments as production demands shift
Follow standardized work instructions and quality requirements
Conduct basic visual inspections to ensure parts meet quality standards
Maintain clean, organized, and efficient work areas
Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparation of products for internal transfer or shipment
Accurately complete any required production or tracking documentation
Adhere to all safety policies, PPE requirements, and workstation standards
Escalate defects, concerns, or abnormalities to supervision promptly
