About The Position

Ascend Staffing is hiring a Production Associate for a food manufacturing and distribution center in Coppell, Texas. The role involves operating production machinery and line equipment, handling raw materials, assembling and packaging products, monitoring production quality and efficiency, and safely storing materials and finished goods. Candidates must have recent food manufacturing experience, including packing and seasoning products, as well as prior third-shift experience in a food manufacturing or warehouse environment. Restaurant experience alone does not qualify.

The position pays $18.50 per hour and is scheduled Monday through Friday from 9:45 PM to 6:15 AM. Employees must be available for occasional Saturday overtime. The work requires standing, bending, lifting, and walking for more than eight hours per day, along with repetitive production tasks. Applicants must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Requirements

• Recent food manufacturing experience is required.
• Food manufacturing experience packing and seasoning products is required.
• Previous third-shift experience in a food manufacturing or warehouse environment is required.
• Restaurant experience alone does not qualify.
• Ability to read and understand production documents and safety manuals.
• Strong communication skills.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Must pass a background check; no misdemeanors or felonies.
• Must be able to stand, bend, lift, and walk for more than eight hours per day.
• Good physical dexterity and ability to perform repetitive production tasks.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
• Must be available for occasional Saturday overtime.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machinery and production line equipment.
• Feed raw materials into production machinery.
