About The Position

Bell and Evans is hiring for a third-shift, offline production role. Employees must follow company policies and procedures and perform duties according to safety, quality, and processing-speed standards. Although employees are typically assigned to one department, production and staffing needs may require periodic changes; employees must be willing and able to work in other departments and positions as assigned.

The role involves working around industrial equipment and in hot, cold, wet, and noisy conditions. It requires standing for several hours, lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 40 pounds, and repetitive use of the arms, wrists, and hands.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be willing to work in hot, cold, wet, and noisy conditions and around industrial equipment.
• Must be able to stand for several hours, lift, push, or pull up to 40 pounds, and perform repetitive movements using the arms, wrists, and hands.
• Must be willing and able to work in other departments and positions as needed and assigned.
• Strong work history and demonstrated ability to dedicate to a job.
• Previous poultry production experience or previous experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• 6–12 months of work history required.
