We’re looking for a Production Machine Operator who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in doing things right, and wants to be part of a supportive team environment. Requirements

• Can work independently while staying aligned with team goals
• Standing and walking for most of your shift
• Bending, reaching, lifting, and moving materials
• Lifting up to 30 pounds regularly

Nice To Haves

• Previous production or manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required

Responsibilities

• Operating packaging equipment used to label, seal, and package coffee products
• Following established procedures to ensure quality and food safety standards are met
• Checking products during the packaging process to make sure everything meets quality expectations
• Keeping your work area clean, organized, and safe
• Stocking and organizing materials using FIFO inventory practices
• Working with your team to meet daily production goals
• Using proper safety equipment and PPE
• Helping train new team members when needed
• Pitching in with other tasks as needed to support the production team
