About The Position

In this role, you will be responsible for executing various production tasks while maintaining high quality standards and contributing to our manufacturing operations.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
Proficiency in using hand tools and basic power equipment
Ability to read and interpret work orders, measurements, and basic instructions
Basic math skills, including ability to work with fractions and decimals
Strong attention to detail and quality consciousness
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately
Demonstrated reliability and punctuality
Basic problem-solving abilities
Commitment to workplace safety protocols

Nice To Haves

Manufacturing experience preferred
Experience with tape measure reading preferred

Responsibilities

Operate production equipment and machinery according to established procedures and safety guidelines
Perform assembly and fabrication tasks using various hand tools and power equipment
Conduct quality checks and inspections throughout the production process
Follow production schedules and work orders to meet daily targets
Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols
Support material handling operations including loading, unloading, and proper storage
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production flow
Monitor product quality and report any defects or irregularities
Assist in basic equipment maintenance and cleaning procedures
Document production data and maintain accurate records
Participate in cross-training initiatives to support various workstations
