As a Production Associate, you’ll be hands-on in assembling full truck bodies-bringing strength, precision, and pride to every build. Requirements

  • Basic math, tape measurement, and computer skills
  • Basic knowledge of carpentry and electrical assembly principles.
  • Working with hand and power tools
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Must be 18 years old

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in manufacturing
  • Previous experience working on truck bodies
  • Experience with electrical wiring, panel assembly, or related electrical work.
  • Experience with custom fabrication, woodworking, or carpentry projects.
  • Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
  • Previous experience in lean manufacturing or continuous improvement environments.
  • Construction, landscaping, or farming experience is a plus
  • High School Diploma or equivalent GED

Responsibilities

  • Interpret blueprints, work orders, specifications, and safety requirements with accuracy.
  • Cut wood and metal to precise specifications using saws, shears, and other equipment.
  • Build and fasten components using bolts, screws, rivets, clips, and other hardware.
  • Safely and efficiently operate pneumatic and hand tools.
  • Set up equipment and perform preventive maintenance to keep production moving.
  • Inspect finished products to identify defects and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Complete required safety and quality checks to maintain a reliable work environment.
  • Follow all company safety policies and help create a safe workplace for everyone.
