Requirements

Basic math, tape measurement, and computer skills
Basic knowledge of carpentry and electrical assembly principles.
Working with hand and power tools
Reading and interpreting blueprints
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Must be 18 years old

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in manufacturing
Previous experience working on truck bodies
Experience with electrical wiring, panel assembly, or related electrical work.
Experience with custom fabrication, woodworking, or carpentry projects.
Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
Previous experience in lean manufacturing or continuous improvement environments.
Construction, landscaping, or farming experience is a plus
High School Diploma or equivalent GED

Responsibilities

Interpret blueprints, work orders, specifications, and safety requirements with accuracy.
Cut wood and metal to precise specifications using saws, shears, and other equipment.
Build and fasten components using bolts, screws, rivets, clips, and other hardware.
Safely and efficiently operate pneumatic and hand tools.
Set up equipment and perform preventive maintenance to keep production moving.
Inspect finished products to identify defects and ensure quality standards are met.
Complete required safety and quality checks to maintain a reliable work environment.
Follow all company safety policies and help create a safe workplace for everyone.
