This role involves adhering to standard work, process documentation, and quality procedures. The associate will perform quality inspections, identify and control non-conforming material, and operate manual and automated equipment to manufacture and assemble products to meet customer expectations. Key responsibilities include achieving production goals, maintaining a clean work area, performing operator care and maintenance tasks, and collaborating with peers and support staff to maintain equipment. The role also requires effective communication, active participation in improvement initiatives, and the ability to collect, analyze, and display operating data. Associates are expected to use material handling equipment, comply with all policies and procedures, and complete work with minimal supervision, rotating job routines as needed.
