Production Associate (Washroom)
About The Position
ImageFIRST is hiring a Production Associate for its washroom. ImageFIRST provides linen rental and laundry services to healthcare facilities nationwide, including linens, patient gowns, and scrubs, and manages clients’ linen inventory. The role supports the laundry operation by preparing loads and completing the wash process according to the correct formulas and weights. The position is paid at $20.00 per hour and has a stated shift of 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Associates work in normal manufacturing conditions, wear an ImageFIRST-supplied uniform, and are provided with eye safety glasses, hearing protectors, and hardhats.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
- Able to lift up to 100 pounds.
- Willing to follow all safety rules and regulations.
- Willing to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Stage loads for washers and dryers.
- Promptly work through the wash process, washing according to the correct formulas and weights.
- Clean the work area daily.
- Shut off the boiler, air compressor, and water at the close of the day.
