About The Position

American Lumber is seeking entry-level Production Associates to join its manufacturing team on the night shift. The role is responsible for stacking, banding, and grading cut lumber to specified dimensions and supporting safe, efficient plant operations as part of a collaborative team. The regular schedule is Monday through Thursday, 6:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m. The training schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Starting pay is $16.00–$18.00 per hour. On-the-job training and company-provided personal protective equipment are provided.

Requirements

Able to work in hot and cold conditions.
Physically capable of standing for 8–9 hours per day.
Able to lift up to 30 pounds.
Able to bend, twist, and turn frequently.
Able to handle materials frequently.
Proficient in reading a tape measure.
Team-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Reliable transportation required.
Must have a valid email address for onboarding.
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Stack cut lumber to specified dimensions.
Band and grade lumber according to quality and safety standards.
Follow safety guidelines and plant procedures.
Collaborate with team members to support production goals.
Maintain awareness of surroundings and equipment while performing physical tasks.
