About The Position
Fenix Group SPC in Minnetonka, MN is seeking to hire a full-time Production Associate to help us prepare and fill cartridges of coating products. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an environment with a clearly defined process, predictability, and stability, and who is described as reliable, accurate, calm, and methodical.
Requirements
- To be at least 18 years of age.
- To be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs.

- Previous production or manufacturing experience.
Responsibilities
- Assembling and filling cartridges utilizing automated machinery.
- Using a forklift to transport materials.
- Communicating the status of orders.
- Following company processes for verification of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Following company processes for handling and disposition of materials.
- Keeping cartridge inventory count.
- Assisting the labeling/packaging department as time permits.
