About The Position

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a dependable and motivated Production Associate to support daily operations through material handling, offloading, and equipment operation. This role requires strong teamwork, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, quality, and productivity. The base pay range is $22.00 - $27.00 per hour, based on experience. Shift Hours are Monday - Friday (5:00AM - 2:30PM), with hours potentially varying depending on operations.

Requirements

Strong banding and material securing skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Basic understanding of warehouse or production operations
Willingness and ability to learn company systems and processes
Strong work ethic with a demonstrated commitment to reliability and attendance
Positive attitude with a drive to grow and contribute to company success
Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.

Offload incoming materials safely and efficiently
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment in accordance with safety guidelines
Band, secure, and organize materials for storage or shipment
Assist with general crew tasks to support production and delivery operations
