[US-DC] Production Associate, Factor

About The Position

The Production Associate works alongside and with the team to ensure maximum productivity. The associate is responsible for following all safety, GMP and SQF policies/procedures, as well as adherence to PPE/hygiene policies, in cooperation with the supervisor. This role involves supporting and following direction from managers, supervisors, and leads regarding line performance, accurately performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment, and working on a team to plate various meals into a bento. The associate must also abide by standard operating policies and procedures, report defective materials or questionable conditions to Quality Assurance and/or Lead/Supervisor, and utilize the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition while following safety regulations. Completes tasks as directed with minimum supervision and occasionally prepares ingredients using tools such as food scales, measuring spoons and cups.
