About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate - Utility IV to support its Rental Division. The position performs a variety of production jobs as directed by the shift supervisor, including loading or unloading trucks, preparing or staging materials and garments for loading, and other production jobs classified at level four or below. The work area and responsibilities may change daily as the associate fills in for employee vacations and absences. Production Associates are expected to maintain a clean work area and meet or exceed quantity and quality standards.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States before the first day of employment.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Adhere to the attendance policy.
• Be willing to work in safe proximity to other people for extended periods.
• Be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures to complete work quickly.
• Be willing to potentially handle soiled materials with pungent odors while using appropriate protective equipment.
• Be able to stand for most of a shift, perform repetitive motions and reach, stretch, bend, or turn, and lift and move materials for most of a shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Perform production jobs as directed by the shift supervisor.
• Participate in loading or unloading trucks.
• Prepare or stage materials and garments for loading.
• Fill in for employees during vacations and absences, performing other production jobs classified at level four or below as needed.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the work area.
• Meet or exceed standards for the quantity and quality of work.
