About The Position

In this role, you will make an impact by ensuring safety by stopping work and reporting any major injury hazards immediately to maintain a safe working environment. You will promote health by reporting any work-related injuries, illnesses, incidents, or hazards to ensure that health and safety standards are upheld. You will maintain quality by following standard work, process documentation, and quality procedures to minimize costs and quality exposures. You will achieve production goals by operating manual and automated equipment efficiently to meet production goals and customer expectations. You will support teamwork by communicating effectively with your team and support teams to improve quality, safety, processes, and material flow. You will demonstrate environmental responsibility by recognizing and minimizing the negative impact of your work on the environment. You will engage in continuous improvement by engaging in training and personal development to stay aligned with business requirements and improve your skills. You will be responsible for housekeeping and maintenance by keeping your work area clean and orderly, performing routine housekeeping tasks, and identifying equipment needing repair.

Requirements

• High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
• This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
• Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience
• Some prior production experience required.
