About The Position

We are looking for a talented Production Associate – Level II – 3rd Shift to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in North Charleston, SC. In this role, you will make an impact by ensuring safety compliance, promoting environmental responsibility, maintaining high-quality standards, enhancing productivity, supporting continuous improvement, fostering team collaboration, developing skills and knowledge, and maintaining equipment and work area.

Requirements

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience.
Good attention to detail.
Must be able to wear company provided PPE continuously on the shop floor (steel toed shoes, safety glasses, high visibility vests, gloves, hearing protection, etc…).

Nice To Haves

Previous CNC experience is desired but not required.
Previous experience in a quality, maintenance, or technician department is a plus.
Previous manufacturing experience is a plus.
Previous experience with using hand tools is a plus.
Previous experience with precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers are a plus.
