About The Position

This is a permanent full-time position with 40 hours per week, available for shift work. The role involves working 100% in a production facility, which includes exposure to noise and a wet, temperature-varied environment. The position requires flexibility in hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed to meet business demands. Responsibilities include lifting 25-50 lbs of material and wearing company-provided uniforms and personal protective equipment.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent qualification
• Related Experience
• Good verbal and written English language skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Self-starter
• Detail oriented and ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision
• Physically fit

Nice To Haves

• Experience in working in a food manufacturing plant
• Experience in working in an assembly line

Responsibilities

• Tofu cutting/forming, frying, drink processing and raw materials handling.
• Reporting any production abnormalities to Production management, such as unsafe working conditions, machinery problems, product quality problems, or problems with raw materials/supplies.
• Teamwork with other employees and leadhands to meet the daily scheduled production volumes.
• Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the production floor and soybean unloading area.
• Substituting for other workers during meal breaks.
