This role serves as the primary point of contact for receiving, reviewing, and electronically logging customer print production jobs. The position involves performing document assembly, finishing, and production tasks according to customer specifications. Responsibilities include operating various standard and high-volume finishing and production equipment, estimating, scheduling, tracking, and managing incoming production jobs. Quality inspections are conducted throughout the production process. The role also includes sorting, scanning, indexing, and converting documents, integrating variable data, and packaging finished products. Maintaining production logs, reporting, billing records, and managing file backups are key duties. Additionally, the position involves asset management for office equipment, cleaning and maintaining equipment, processing faxes, collecting meter readings, managing supply inventory, and responding to equipment service needs. Basic training for customer end-users and assisting in developing work processes are also part of the role. The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and troubleshoot production issues is required.
