About The Position

As a Production Associate I, your work will include UV Bond, packaging, operating and loading machines, measuring, material handling, coating, masking, mixing, blasting and inspection of product or components. You will work from process work instructions and test procedures to complete tasks along with monitoring and recording related documentation to meet quality requirements. This role involves using hands to manipulate/assemble small tools or objects, following production build rates and schedules, and meeting required cycle times. You will interface with manufacturing systems using computers or other electronic devices as required, and handle, transport, store, and inspect components and final assembly devices. Additionally, you will red line documents in need of correction and assist with resolution, execute validation protocols and engineering evaluations with supervision, and support continuous improvements through idea submission and leading assigned projects. You will be responsible for set-ups, work preparation, clean-up, and quality assurance of your own work and work area.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 year of manufacturing experience
  • Prior cleanroom experience
  • Prior experience working with measuring devices and microscopes
  • Ability to focus on and see small objects under a microscope
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time
  • Ability to focus on detailed work for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis
  • Ability to discern colors
