Production Associate I - UMS Secondary Operations - Shift: 2nd shift ( 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm)
About The Position
Production Associate I – UMS Secondary Operations Shift: 2nd shift / 2:30 PM -11:00 PM - includes $1.50 shift differential. This role involves the assembly of components into a finished product, inspection and packaging of assembled parts, and accurately completing production orders. The associate will report any machine-related issues to the team leader, monitor component quality, and report defective or non-compliant materials. Understanding quality control and inspection processes is essential, as is performing activities to establish quality specifications and maintaining production standards. A clean work area must be maintained, and all other assigned duties will be performed.
Requirements
- Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work in a Team environment.
- Ability to use hand and measurement tools.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Experience working in an industrial or warehouse environment.
- Be familiar with safety requirements associated to warehouse and/or industrial operations.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Represent UMS Manufacturing. in a professional, positive, and enthusiastic manner in all matters.
- Comply with occupational safety regulations.
- Work all shifts as required and on-call availability.
Responsibilities
