Production Associate I - Weekend Shift - $21.25 + $2.00 Shift Premium
About The Position
Under general supervision, this role assembles components, which may include sub-assemblies, manual components, and electrical components, to contribute to the completion of a variety of products. The associate will prepare and process electrical and mechanical components for assigned product lines, working from process work instructions and test procedures. Responsibilities include monitoring and recording documentation to meet quality requirements, following production build rates and schedules, and meeting required cycle times. The role also involves interfacing with manufacturing systems, assembling cartons and containers, and preparing products for shipment according to specifications. The associate is responsible for set-ups, work preparation, clean-up, and quality assurance of their own work and work area, demonstrating a commitment to quality and continuous improvement. Meeting work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends, is essential.

Responsibilities
- Assembles components that may include sub-assemblies, manual components, electrical components, and all other related components to contribute to the completion of a variety of products.
- Prepares and processes electrical and mechanical components for assigned product lines.
- Works from process work instructions and test procedures to complete tasks along with monitoring and recording related documentation to meet quality requirements.
- Follows production build rates, and schedules and meets required cycle times.
- Interfaces with manufacturing systems using computers or other electronic devices as required.
- Assembles cartons and containers and prepares products for shipment in accordance with domestic, international, and/or customer specifications.
- Responsible for set-ups, work preparation, clean-up, and quality assurance of own work and work area.
