As a Production Associate I, you will prepare, process, clean, install, assemble, rework, verify, test, and/or inspect electrical and mechanical components, hardware, subassemblies, and assemblies on single or multiple product lines. This role involves advanced manual work such as UV Bond, soldering, and crimping, while maintaining clean room standards per standard operating procedure. You will be responsible for quality and adherence to manufacturing process requirements, building product by following all certified processes and meeting manufacturing goals. Additionally, you will record information, perform verifications, maintain accurate records, handle and transport components, set up and operate manufacturing equipment, and train/certify others as directed. You will also execute validation protocols and support continuous improvements.
