About The Position
Quanex is looking for a Production Associate to join their 2nd Shift team in Greenville, PA. This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $20.40, which includes a $17.00/hr base rate plus a 20% shift premium. Experience will be considered. The position operates on a 4-day work week with a 2nd Shift schedule from Monday to Thursday, 6:30 PM to 5:00 AM, with overtime as required. It is a role within a small facility that benefits from the resources and support of a large organization.
Requirements
- Manual/finger dexterity skills.
- Ability to perform repetitive work.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Able to pass background and drug screening process.

Responsibilities
- Receives direction from and notifies the supervisor/team lead when more work is needed.
- Maintains the work area in a near and orderly condition in compliance with 5S standards.
- Follows all safety procedures, rules, and guidelines.
- Identifies any existing or potential safety issues.
- Ability to contribute effectively in a team environment
- Assists in other work areas when the workload permits or requires.
