Production Associate I
About The Position
We are searching for Production Associate I to join the Cadence team! As a Production Associate, you will assemble and test products, maintain accurate records and documentation, and performing inspections on products. Employees hired into our entry-level positions who perform well have a lot of OPPORTUNITY FOR GROWTH. We look to our internal candidates first whenever a new opportunity opens in production, materials, quality, etc. You'll work in a CLEAN, TEMPERATURE-CONTROLLED ENVIRONMENT. As an assembler of critical medical device products, you can BE PROUD OF WHAT YOU DO, knowing that the products you help manufacture improve patient outcomes and lives!
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to read and understand process documents
- Experience operating in a procedure-driven environment
- Must have basic mathematical skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
- Basic computer proficiency
- Good hand dexterity and ability to use a microscope
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, unassisted
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Adhere to safety and PPE requirements
Nice To Haves
- Experience in assembly/manufacturing environment
- MIM (Metal Injection experience is preferred)
