About The Position
Symbiotic Services is seeking a Production Associate I to support manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role focuses on maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity while contributing to overall operational efficiency.

- Basic knowledge of manufacturing equipment or molding/expansion processes is a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform assembly line work using various materials and adhesives
- Inspect, pack, and label finished products for shipment
- Trim, dip, and complete secondary finishing tasks as required
- Use gauges, jigs, and measuring tools to ensure product quality
- Set up and operate basic production equipment and machinery
- Move materials for storage or shipping as directed
- Assist with routine maintenance and support maintenance teams as needed
- Maintain accurate production and quality records
- Follow 5S standards to ensure a clean and organized work environment
- Adhere to all safety, quality, and operational guidelines
- Work overtime as needed
