About The Position

This role is for a 2nd shift Glass Production Load/Unload position. Requirements

ABLE to read a tape measure accurately
ABILITY to lift 75lbs independently, 150 in tandem.
Ability to stand for long periods
Ability to communicate and work in a team setting
Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment (heat, cold, humidity)
Basic math and computer skills
Committed to Safety work practices
High School Diploma or GED, preferred

Nice To Haves

Forklift and Crane experience a plus
Hand fabrication experience, a plus
Glass experience, a plus

Responsibilities

Operate Glass Fabrication equipment as well as some manual fabrication
Transport of materials including glass from one position/location to another in an effort to expedite the production process
Read, understand, and attach appropriate labels and tags to product
Quality inspection of glass, operating equipment, and/or manually maneuvering equipment
Daily inspections - safety and equipment
Follow all safety policies and processes.
Understand layout of plant to ensure proper product flow
Perform different job functions and/or assist other departments when needed
Organize and clean area
