About The Position

Requirements

  • Problem Solving — developing level; identifying and resolving minor technical issues during production
  • Operational Health and Safety Management — developing level; following safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment
  • Lean Methodology — foundational level; supporting waste reduction and efficiency improvements on the production floor
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work consistently
  • Willingness to learn new technical skills and adapt to evolving equipment and processes

Responsibilities

  • Set up and adjust automated machinery for production runs by configuring equipment and calibrating machines
  • Monitor automated equipment performance and adjust parameters to maintain optimal production flow
  • Conduct regular quality inspections on output to ensure products meet established standards
  • Troubleshoot minor technical issues and collaborate with maintenance teams for equipment upkeep
