AtriCure is a fast-growing company that is looking to add Production Associates to assemble our Medical Devices. Production employees have the ability to grow over time within the company, both in Production as well as other departments such as material control or quality.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to handle and assemble small parts.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Ability to work using microscopes and other magnifying aids.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional interactions with team members and employees.
  • Ability to read and understand work instructions written in English.
  • Ability to regularly walk, sit, or stand as needed.
  • Ability to occasionally bend and push/pull as needed.
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally lift over 50 pounds.
  • Ability to use hands to grasp and manipulate small parts in repetitive motion.
  • On Demand overtime to meet production schedule may be required.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous Medical Device industry experience.
  • Assembly Experience and/or experience in Manufacturing.
  • Basic technical skills.
  • Knowledge of cGMP and ISO standards.
  • Basic Microsoft Office Skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assembling small to medium-size components into quality finished products, per ISO and other regulatory requirements.
  • Receiving skillset training including soldering, epoxy application, laser welding, good documentation practices, etc.
  • Pulling components required for orders.
  • Raising issues or concerns with components, processes, documentation, and training when needed.
  • Operating equipment and processes per process specifications.
  • Accurately documenting time to appropriate manufacturing orders.
  • Following process specifications and production rules.
  • Performing company activities as assigned by production supervisor and/or team leader, Level 2, 3 or 4.
  • Performing in-process inspection per process specifications and inspection documentation.
  • Manufacturing quality product while maintaining line output and productivity requirements.
  • Assisting with the packaging and labeling of products per process specifications and drawings.
  • Reading and understanding work instructions in the English language.
  • Regular and predictable work performance.
  • Consistent work performance.
  • Ability to work under fast-paced conditions.
  • Ability to make decisions and use good judgement.
  • Ability to prioritize various duties and multitask as required.
  • Ability to successfully work with others.
