About The Position

This role involves assembling mechanical and electrical components into subassemblies and finished products across one or more product lines. The associate will prepare, process, install, rework, test, and inspect components to ensure quality specifications are met. Following detailed work instructions, blueprints, and test procedures is crucial for completing builds accurately. Responsibilities also include monitoring, documenting, and maintaining production and quality records, meeting production schedules, build rates, and cycle time expectations, and performing basic set-up, work preparation, cleanup, and quality checks of the work area. Utilizing computers and manufacturing systems to support documentation and production processes, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment supporting 6S and continuous improvement initiatives are also key aspects of this position.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Previous manufacturing or assembly experience

Responsibilities
