About The Position

Nordson Medical is seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join their team as a Production Associate I. This role involves manufacturing medical components in a cleanroom environment under general supervision, adhering to specifications and procedures. Responsibilities include machine operation, manual production with hand tools, visual inspection, physical measurements, and packaging of finished products. The position requires high dexterity and accuracy when working with small, delicate medical components.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution preferred or equivalent experience.
No experience required.
Dexterity and attention to detail.
Basic computer and math skills.
Able to read and understand written specifications and procedures.
Ability to sit frequently, stand, walk and bend.
Ability to lift items up to 35-50lbs as applicable.
Ability to do repetitive tasks, detail-oriented, and adherence to Nordson’s Safety Policy.

Nice To Haves

Working experience in a FDA or ISO regulated environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manufacture medical components in a cleanroom environment.
Operate machines, use hand tools for manual production, and perform visual inspections.
Conduct physical measurements and package finished products.
Work with small and delicate components requiring high dexterity and accuracy.
Follow written procedures and work within a quality management system.
Operate basic balloon machines, cutters, scissors, air tools, and measurement tools.
Enter manufacturing process data into computer software.
Adhere to Cleanroom Environment requirements, Good Documentation Practices, and Good Manufacturing Practices.
Work under direct supervision and take direction from Supervisors and Leads.
Work cooperatively and productively within a team environment.
