About The Position

This role is responsible for the production and quality of assigned operations within the Foam Cell. The associate will perform production operations according to established methods and follow work instructions to complete production tasks. Key duties include operating production equipment, ensuring part finish quality meets requirements, documenting part counts in the ERP system, and participating in continuous improvement and Lean-related activities. The position also involves cross-training in other production areas and maintaining a clean work environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Math aptitude.
• Basic computer skills.
• Working knowledge of Lean principles and philosophies.

• Exposure to manufacturing environments/practices preferred.

Responsibilities
