About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate - Garment Sorter to support the Rental Division. The Garment Sorter safely and accurately sorts customer garments in numerical order based on garment ID, maintains a clean work area, and meets or exceeds standards for work quantity and quality.

The position involves working in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures and working in safe proximity to other people for extended periods. The role requires standing for most of the shift and repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching. Candidates must follow the attendance policy and be authorized to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.

The selection process may include an application and resume review, interviews, and a compensated job tryout. Candidates receiving a conditional offer must complete a background check and drug screen. A criminal history does not automatically disqualify candidates.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States before the first day of employment.
