About The Position

We are looking for a Cylinder Loader in Corpus Christi, TX! This role involves moving, sorting, and stacking cylinders, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining the cleanliness of the storage yard. You will adhere to all safety protocols and may assist with inventory, housekeeping, and customer service.

Requirements

Must become forklift certified.
Routinely lift 25 – 75 lbs., and occasionally lifts 76 to greater than 300lbs.
Must have valid employment authorization in the U.S. and must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Able to work in All Weather Conditions.
Able to read and comprehend all written communications.
Able to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

Unload empty cylinders from delivery trucks and move them to fill racks and/or cylinder storage areas.
Load trucks for delivery.
Accurately and safely load and unload shuttle trucks and freight trucks, verifying cargo against manifests or shipping documents.
Move, sort, and stack cylinders, pallets, and other materials within the facility and yard.
Maintain cleanliness, order, and organization of the storage yard, ensuring proper segregation and accessibility of products.
Adhere to all Airgas safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and operating material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts) in a safe manner.
Assist with inventory, general housekeeping, and help customers when necessary.
