About The Position

This role is for a Production Associate at the Cutting Table, working the 1st shift. The position is located at 1330 Proctor Street, Knoxville, TN. The shift days and hours are Monday – Friday 7am- 3:30pm, with potential for overtime. The company offers a total compensation pay range of $16-19 per hour, with additional pay based on individual and team performance through a Monthly Production Incentive Compensation Program and quarterly safety bonus opportunities. Weekly pay is provided, and benefits start on DAY ONE.

Requirements

Ability to read, understand, and communicate paperwork and labels.
Ability to read and interpret basic mathematical measurements and effectively use a tape measure.
ABILITY to lift 75lbs independently.
Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment (heat, cold, humidity).
Basic computer skills is a must.
Committed to Safety work practices.

Nice To Haves

1-2 years experience preferred but not necessary
CNC and Fabrication experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Transport of materials including glass from one position/location to another to expedite the production process.
Ability to read labels and understand codes for production.
Verify settings on equipment, when applicable.
Read, understand, and attach appropriate labels and tags to product.
Quality inspection of glass, operating equipment, and/or manually maneuvering equipment.
Maintain equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements.
Maintain continuity between shifts by communication and documenting actions, issues, concerns, and continuing needs.
Complete documentation for production and quality.
Perform different job functions when needed.
