About The Position
This role is responsible for the production and quality of assigned operations within Building 171 in Manchester, CT. The Production Associate will perform production operations according to established methods and follow work instructions to complete production tasks. This position involves operating production equipment in various areas of the shop floor and ensuring that part finish quality meets requirements.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Ability to read and write English.
- Math aptitude.
- Basic computer skills.
- Working knowledge of Lean principles and philosophies.

- Exposure to manufacturing environments/practices preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform production operations according to established methods.
- Follow work instructions to perform production tasks.
- Operate production equipment in a variety of areas on the shop floor.
- Ensure part finish quality is to requirements.
- Complete production-related paperwork, signoffs as required.
- Document part counts in ERP system.
- Participate in CI and Lean-related activities.
- Cross train in other production areas.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
