About The Position
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Production Assistant to join our dynamic production team. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in media or communications is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as required.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take direction.
Nice To Haves
- additional education in media or communications is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist with setting up and breaking down production equipment and sets.
- Support the production team during shoots by managing schedules and coordinating logistics.
- Communicate effectively with various departments to facilitate smooth daily operations.
- Handle administrative tasks including filing, organizing documents, and managing production paperwork.
- Assist with the transportation and inventory management of production materials and equipment.
- Perform on-set duties such as managing talent needs, distributing scripts, and maintaining order.
