Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong interest in film, television, or media production.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
Good communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends if required.

Nice To Haves

A degree in film, media, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist in setting up production equipment and workspaces before filming or events.
Support the production team with organizing and managing production materials and supplies.
Help coordinate communication between departments to ensure smooth workflow and scheduling.
Assist in tracking and updating production schedules and call sheets.
Provide on-set assistance during shoots or events, including managing talent and equipment.
