About The Position
This is an evergreen opening for a Production Assistant at our Tulsa facility. If your experience aligns with our needs, our team will reach out as positions become available. You will execute routine tasks and collaborate with team members to troubleshoot minor equipment issues and assist in process improvements. This is an entry-level position in a manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to follow technical instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Effective communication skills.

- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery according to established procedures and safety standards.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
- Assist in identifying and reporting equipment malfunctions or process deviations to supervisors.
- Maintain accurate production records and document any issues or adjustments made during shifts.
- Collaborate with team members to support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a clean, organized work area.
