About The Position
Nexxaworks is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Production Assistant to join its production team. The role is suited to someone passionate about the production industry and eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. The Production Assistant supports producers, directors, and other crew members across a range of production tasks, helping projects run smoothly, meet their schedules, and maintain quality.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Nice To Haves
- Additional education in film, media, or related fields.
Responsibilities
- Assist with setting up and breaking down production equipment and sets.
- Support the production team in managing schedules and coordinating logistics.
- Maintain organization on set, including managing props, wardrobe, and equipment.
- Run errands and perform administrative tasks to support the production process.
- Communicate with team members to support smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Assist with talent and crew needs during filming or production events.
