Requirements

Enjoy working in a team-oriented environment and maintain a positive attitude, even during high-volume periods.
Demonstrated ability to work swiftly and accurately, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent communication and comprehension abilities.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
Ability to handle 154 lbs and lift 50 pounds.
Comfortable working near green coffee, nuts, and soy.
Consistent attendance and punctuality.
Ability to concentrate on tasks in a dynamic environment.

Prior experience working in a kitchen or bakery, preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare coffee labels and bags for daily orders.
Accurately bag and package coffee products.
Assemble, fill, and label shipping boxes for daily and subscription orders.
Maintain and clean packaging equipment daily.
Ensure a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace.
Restock production materials as needed.
Notify the production manager when supplies are low.
Gather and package merchandise orders.
Grind coffee for web and wholesale orders.
Produce instant coffee boxes as required.
Stay informed about Tandem’s current offerings and general coffee knowledge to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
