About The Position

Assist press, converting, and extrusion operators with equipment setup, adjustment, operation, cleaning, and loading or unloading. Support the production of quality printed film, polyethylene film, and finished bags that meet customer packaging requirements. Duties may involve working with multiple operators and sharing responsibilities as needed. The role operates on a rotating continuous schedule, with 12-hour day or night shifts. Requirements

• Basic computer skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to work and interact effectively and professionally with coworkers in a team environment.
• Ability to identify the source of problems on complex machinery and take appropriate corrective action when noted.
• Ability to read, understand, and stay current with department work instructions and procedures.
• Good organizational skills.
• Good vision and hearing, and use of both hands.
• Ability to communicate with coworkers and Crew Leaders.
• Must pass a company-administered color vision test.
