The Production Assistant plays a key role in supporting the timely and high-quality assembly of our products by accurately preparing components, completing final assembly in accordance with Product Quality guidelines, and maintaining an organized and efficient production area. Through teamwork, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn, this role contributes to a safe, reliable, and collaborative production environment that supports overall operational success. This is a 6-month contract position.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in a general labour, manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Experience working in a team-based environment
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic, demonstrated through dependability, punctuality, and a commitment to completing tasks safely and accurately
  • Attention to detail, with the ability to follow instructions, identify errors, and maintain quality standards
  • Basic problem-solving skills, including the ability to recognize issues, ask questions, and escalate concerns appropriately

  • Bring a positive attitude and willingness to learn, approaching new tasks with enthusiasm and openness to feedback
  • Have an interest in manufacturing and technology, with curiosity about how products are built, tested, and improved

Responsibilities

  • Complete the final assembly of our products in a production environment, adhering to our Product Quality guidelines.
  • Plan area inventory.
  • Assistance with building maintenance tasks.
  • Accurately prep components to be used during final assembly.
  • Other duties as assigned.
