About The Position

As a Production Assistant, you will support our operations teams in our world-class manufacturing facility. In this role, you will read and interpret wire diagrams to accurately print labels for our production team. Attention to detail and the ability to follow technical instructions are essential for success. This position plays a key role in ensuring product accuracy and supporting overall production efficiency. Requirements

  • High School Diploma required
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Must have strong typing skills (both speed and accuracy)
  • Effective time management and ability to multi-task
  • Strong computer skills, to include MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) and data entry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work accurately under pressure with short deadlines
  • Quick problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt and change quickly as priorities shift
  • Self-Motivated

Nice To Haves

  • 1 year of panel wire experience perferred.

Responsibilities

  • Read and clearly understand wire diagrams, notes on wire diagrams and quality documents.
  • Create label/engraving deliverables for production
  • Order label/engraving materials and keep inventory
  • Maintain label/engraving equipment, change consumables, cleaning, and light maintenance
  • Create instruction Manuals/ update network files / keep Manuals inventory/ Keep Weekly/Daily Manual deliverable schedules/manage supplies
  • Assist in other tasks as needed to help drive improvements or other production support
