About The Position
Menasha Corporation is seeking Production Assistants for all shifts and crews. This role involves preparing and delivering products for conversion into finished items, organizing final products for shipping and distribution, sharing team goals, managing job assignments, performing basic preventative maintenance on machines and equipment, and completing general housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean work environment. The position is in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Previous experience working on with a forklift or clamp truck
- Two (2) or more years of experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Previous experience working in the corrugated industry
- Maintaining strict adherence to all safety rules and regulations to include wearing safety equipment
