As a Production Assistant, you'll play a hands-on role in manufacturing products that meet the highest industry standards — operating equipment, ensuring quality, and helping us continuously improve how we work.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.
Knowledge of machinery operation and basic maintenance.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Physical capability to perform tasks requiring lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, as well as prolonged standing.

Responsibilities

Operate and control production machinery according to established procedures, keeping quality and output goals on track.
Monitor equipment and processes in real time, catching and flagging deviations before they become problems.
Perform regular quality checks on products and materials, and take corrective action to keep everything within spec.
Handle basic machine maintenance and partner with our maintenance team on anything beyond routine upkeep.
Follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements, helping maintain a workplace where everyone goes home safe every day.
Keep clear, accurate records of production, quality checks, and maintenance activity.
Collaborate with fellow team members and supervisors to fine-tune processes and drive continuous improvement.
Maintain a clean, organized, efficient work area.
