We are currently hiring for the position of: PRODUCTION ASSISTANT, MARKET Reporting to the Production Manager, Market, the Production Assistant, Market supports the onsite planning, production, and operational delivery of venues, activation spaces, and exhibitor booths associated with TIFF: The Market at the Metro Toronto Convention Center (MTCC) and other Market venues. Working closely with the Production Manager, Market and the Market Operations team, this role assists with all phases of production, including pre-production, venue setup, booth coordination and management, onsite operations, and load-out, helping to ensure Market spaces are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule. The Production Assistant, Market provides day-to-day operational and logistical support for TIFF: The Market, assisting with exhibitor and partner needs, booth coordination, venue readiness, production schedules, equipment and material management, and onsite troubleshooting. Working collaboratively with internal departments, vendors, venues, exhibitors, National Agencies, and external partners, this role contributes to the successful delivery of professional market spaces and helps ensure a seamless experience for delegates, industry participants, and stakeholders. The successful candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced event production environment.
