Requirements

• Reliable personal transportation is required. Public transit does not qualify for these positions.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen. Passing criteria vary by employer.
• Must be open to overtime.
• 1+ year of mechanical assembly experience required for Mechanical Assembler role.
• 1+ year of manufacturing experience required for Electrical Assembler role.
• Machine operator experience in a manufacturing setting for Production Associate/Machine Operator role.

Nice To Haves

• Manufacturing or assembly background preferred in a fast-paced environment for Production Associate role.
• Plastic and injection molding experience preferred for Production Associate/Machine Operator role.
• English/Spanish bilingual a plus for Mechanical and Electrical Assembler roles.

Responsibilities

• Perform production and assembly tasks in various roles including Production Associate, Mechanical Assembler, Electrical Assembler, and Production Associate/Machine Operator.
• Operate machinery and assemble components according to specifications.
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions for electrical assembly roles.
• Lift up to 50+ lbs for Mechanical Assembler roles.
• Work in non-climate-controlled environments.
