About The Position
Volt is immediately hiring for a Production / Assembly Worker in Eden Prairie, MN. This role involves operating machines according to work instructions, assembling and packaging products in a warehouse manufacturing environment, performing quality checks on inventory and parts prior to assembly, and receiving, processing, and locating parts, products, and shipments in the warehouse. The position requires meeting and exceeding production standards, hitting goals, and working safely throughout the manufacturing process.
Requirements
- Experience in a warehouse or factory environment
- Basic computer operation skills and accurate typing ability
- Knowledge of safety standards in a warehouse environment and in the operation of warehouse equipment
Responsibilities
- Operate Machines in accordance to work instructions
- Assemble/package products in warehouse manufacturing environment
- Perform all quality checks on inventory/parts prior to assembly
- Receive, process, locate parts/product/shipments in warehouse
- Meet/Exceed production standards, hitting goals and working safely at every point in the manufacturing process
